- How does ordering work?
You order the number of packages you want. These are delivered within 2 working days.
- How does the collection of old welding torches work?
When you place an order, you can indicate whether you also have return packages available. We collect it from you within 2 working days.
- Where can I put the torches that are broken?
The box with which you receive the packages is designed so that you can also put the broken torches there. We will come and collect that box from you. If the box is not ready, the transport costs will be charged.
- Who arranges the transport?
We ship new packages with PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code so that you can follow the package. The package weighs less than 30 kg and is therefore very easy to handle. The broken welding torches are collected by our regular carrier: Van de Graaf.
- What if I do not return the exchange torches, but want to keep them myself?
You are not supposed to keep welding torches yourself. When you do this, the welding torches cannot be used again and you break the cycle. Please indicate when it is not possible for any reason. If it is incidental, this is not a problem. If it is structural, we will have to adjust the prices and you will pay the new price.
- Why is this solution the greenest?
Because repair is such a hassle and repair costs are quite close to the price of a new torch, many companies choose to dispose of broken torches. Much value is lost with this. We tackle this practice together with our exchange torches. In addition, we streamline the purchasing process, so that there is simply less need to drive to continue to provide your company with the right welding torches.
